USA Visa Requirements

From January 2009 all travellers who will be using the Visa Waiver Program will be required to complete the electronic version of the Green Form which used to be issued on the plane before you arrived at a USA airport.

You need to complete the on-line form and take with you the Authorisation Number each time you go to the departure airport to check-in for your flight to the USA.

If you do not have this Authorisation Number you may not be allowed to board the plane.

The Authorisation number will last for 2 years from the date that you first register. You can go back as many times as you like to alter the residential address details if you travel to different airports throughout the period of registration.
