That's why we selected Alexanders as our management agency. The company is one of only three such agencies in the Orlando area which is accredited with the American Automobile Association. They have received the 'Honor Roll of Excellence Award' 7 years in a row from the Florida Homes and Travel Magazine. Such accolades are not made lightly, and therefore ensure that the company maintains our property to the highest standards for guests.

Alexanders is a family business, founded in 1981 by Englishman Douglas Alexander and his wife, Daphne. Most of Alexanders' key staff are from the UK and, as well as being on hand for service requests, they are very happy to provide maps, directions, coupons etc, to our guests, including special VIP Planet Hollywood passes! This short stop-off also enables you to ask questions and receive a lot of information (eg on places to eat, bargain shopping malls, driving/parking info, etc). Alexanders can also provide exclusive deals and passes on attractions in the area (before your visit, if you prefer to book ahead).
