"Tropical View" is aptly named because of its prime location by conservation land and provides a relaxed and comfortable home-from-home for our guests. The villa has air conditioning, ceiling fans, smoke detectors, alarm and telephone (toll-free on local, Long Distance and most International calls).

Front of Villa
The villa is all on one level and boasts high ceilings, lovely arched front window and sympathetic colour scheme. A large driveway leads to the double garage. The entrance door is accessed via an enclosed front porch. On either side of the property we have 6ft fences, for privacy.

Entrance Hall
There is a spacious tiled entrance hall which leads immediately to bedroom 5 and its adjoining bathroom on one side, and to the coats cupboard and integral utility room on the other.

Kitchen
This then leads to the large kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes:
- open-plan breakfast bar area with 2 stools

Great Room
This 'through' view gives some indication of the space in the villa and quality of furnishings. The villa has been thoughtfully designed, with features like 'plant shelves', and is tastefully decorated throughout using natural hues of green and cream as its basic colour scheme.

At the end of a busy day, sometimes you just want to relax with a book, or watch a film on TV. The lounge includes:
- 3 large settees (two of which convert to a Queen-sized bed) and the other known as a 'love seat'
- armchair
- 27in colour TV with separate VCR/DVD player, and linked to cable
- selection of DVDs (Region 1) for guests to enjoy
- selection of family board games

Dining Room
The formal dining area is well located opposite the kitchen, thus enabling free flow of conversation when the family/ies opt for eating at home. The cook is not relegated to the kitchen, feeling detached from everything which is going on!

Solar Pool Mat and Roller
- New Addition in October 2009
- A new solar pool mat to help retain the pool heat during the cooler months when the pool heating is in use.
- The roller makes it easier to put the mat on the pool and to store the mat when the pool is in use.
