Discounts may be available for bookings of 2 weeks or more. If you wish to make a booking, please use the above for guidance and ring/email the owner.
A minimum of £100, $200 deposit per week is required to book the villa. The outstanding balance is required 4-6 weeks before your holiday. In addition a £125, $200 Cash Security (damage)Deposit or Credit Card number details will be required along with your final balance to be returned to you within 21 days of your departure and subject to an inspection of the property by our management Company.(Our Terms & Conditions which will be sent to you along with a Reservation Booking Form).
Prices include all utilities, except pool heating (optional at cost of approximately £100/$160 per week, 5 night minimum at £18/$29 per night).
Optional extras, which we can arrange through our management agency, include:
- Baby crib/cot or highchair.
- these items available at £19/$30 per week for the crib/cot (£35/$50 for two weeks), £10/$15 per week for the high chair (£15/$25 for two weeks). Alternatively the crib/cot & high chair can be booked together for a two week period at £45/$70. They are limited in supply, so must be booked ahead of arrival.
- Welcome food packs for up to 8 people at £40 ($60).
- Basic provisions (bottled water, milk, fruit juice, loaf of bread, margarine, jam, tea bags, coffee filter, sachet of coffee, sugar, cookies, assorted packets of cereal and English muffins)
- larger packs (up to 14 people) can also be purchased for £63 ($95)
- Airport meet and greet service. Escorts meet you at the airport, drive with you to the car (hire) rentals company, drive ahead of you to the villa and check you in.
- £73 ($110) from Orlando Airport and £100 ($150) from Sanford Airport.
- In addition to the selection of DVDs at the villa, you can rent the latest release films (DVD and VCR) from Alexanders through the Guest Services department
Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with us.
Terms and Conditions: Cancellation by guests
In the event of you needing to cancel this booking, the following conditions and charges will apply
Cancellation between 12 and 6 weeks will result in full loss of the booking deposit.
Cancellation between 6 and 3 weeks of commencement of the vacation/holiday will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of the booking. The Security deposit will be returned in full.
Cancellation less than 3 weeks before the vacation/holiday is due to commence will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total cost of the booking. The Security deposit will be returned in full.
