Superb spot for exploring Disney and beyond

Location, Location, Location! Lovely to be near 192 and all its restaurants and shops. Also lovely to be near Disney (Animal Kingdom only 5 mins down Sherberth Rd!). The icing on the cake is to be unoverlooked and to have the 'conservancy' at the back of your home. Other advantages include the size of your home: 5 proper bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and plenty of living space as well. Cleanliness excellent - obviously well looked after generally and the cleaners also do a good job between lets. Loved the DVD collection. We had a great time at your home - many thanks!

We spent two weeks in February at Tropical View and had a wonderful time. There were 10 in our party and the villa was of a good size to cope with this. The location of Tropical View is great - Disney taking no time at all and good shops and restaurants at the end of the road. The children loved the pool at the end of a busy day and it was lovely to sit outside and watch the sun setting over the trees! I would not hesitate in recommending this property.

Spacious and well laid out property,nicely furnished, within a short drive of all the Disney parks,.in a quiet neigbourhood,approx 5 mins from Highway 192 with all the shops and supermarkets you need Our favourite must do was Discovery Cove and Seaworld Nice sized swimming pool suitable for adults and children with lanai to stop children from entering pool area unsupervised was an excellent feature. Property was very clean and well maintained, washing machine and drier saved a lot of time. We would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone,in fact we have already booked our next visit.

What a Holiday - What a Villa!!!

As one of a party of 9, we rented Tropical View the first 3 weeks of June and wow were we absolutely delighted with our choice of villa. When we arrived we were bowled over by the immense size of the living area and the huge beds in the master bedrooms - everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms and pool area was just perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils needed and there was plenty of bedding and towels for everyone. The pool area was very private and there was a netting fence (which could be removed) between the pool and villa which is ideal if you have very small children and were worried about safety around the pool area. The location of the villa was ideal. We hired a car and we found it extremely easy to drive everywhere from the villa itself. All the disney parks are within very easy reach and all approx 10/15 mins drive away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the Formosa Gardens area. There is also a Publix supermarket close by as well. Because we didn't bring a laptop with us we found an internet cafe in Formosa Gardens which was extremely handy. We found that Sizzlers was the best place to eat out for breakfast and we can highly recommend the Black Angus Steakhouse for the best steaks around. Our communication between the owners and ourselves was excellent. We found them very friendly and helpful and all their advice was invaluable. We also had a minor problem while we were there which we contacted the management company about and they were extremely prompt at sorting it out the same day. All in all the customer service was excellent. This villa was like a home from home and we would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to all our friends and family and will certainly look to stay there again next time we visit Orlando.

Wow !!! What a villa !!!

I can honestly recommend Tropical View for anyone wanting luxury accomodation at a reasonable price. The villa is perfectly situated in the "tourist areas" so getting to all the main attractions is a doodle. The villa's owners are helpful, and kind, and the communication was excellent at all times. The pool is a perfect size for the villa, and is well maintained and very security conscious with alarms on all outside doors to alert adults to little runaways heading for the pool !!! Unlike most pools in that area, Tropical View has an un-overlooked pool, which we all agreed was fantastic, some other villas backed onto eachothers pool areas, and lacked privacy....but this was like having no neibours !!! The bedrooms are very well laid out and huge !!! As a party of 11, we had more than enough space, and the kitchen catered for us all too !!! The owners have paid enormous attention to detail, and you will want for nothing whilst there !!! To finish, - we will thouroughly recommend Tropical View to our friends, and will be returning for sure again !!!
